LinkFolio lets you create a page with links to your content and social profiles. You must:

• Provide accurate information when you register
• Keep your password secure
• Follow our guidelines and the law

You own your content, but you give us permission to host and display it. You are responsible for what you share. Don't post:

• Content that breaks the law

• Spam or misleading content
• Harmful, offensive, or adult content

• You'll be billed according to your chosen plan
• You can cancel anytime
• No refunds for partial months
• We may change pricing with notice

We may change or stop offering LinkFolio at any time. We try to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. We own all rights to the LinkFolio service itself.

7. Disclaimers

LinkFolio is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for content posted by users or third-party links.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any damages related to your use of LinkFolio. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes. Your continued use means you accept the new terms.
